While translating at an international conference in Kenya Samuel Ongondo received a very strong word from the Lord that He was restoring Samuel’s calling as an evangelist. The Lord cofirmed Samuel’s impact in evangelism. A year later, God led Samuel to get in touch with For His Glory. Since then, Samuel has served as For His Glory's ministry coordinator in Homa Bay and Kisii, Kenya for the city wide festivals and training conferences. In addition, he began serving For His Glory with church mobilization and T4T training in the African cities where they ministered. In May 2015, Samuel joined our team as our Africa Director for Church Mobilization and Training.
Rev. Mark Levesque serves For His Glory as our Vice President. His calling is to encourage believers to recognize their identity in Christ, understand more fully the grace of God, the authority they have through Christ and to fulfill their Kingdom purposes. Mark’s primary role with For His Glory is to train pastors and church leaders in the T4T disciple-making model and to teach Leadership Multiplication (LX). Mark also serves as a pastor and teacher to our ministry partners and team to encourage them to fully utilize what the Lord has entrusted to them to advance the Kingdom.
Also serving is Laura Parli joined For His Glory as Director of Operations in July 2018 after a 21 year career at Washington University School of Medicine as an IT Director. She worked as a management consultant for 15 years prior to that. In 2009 Laura married her husband Ron and God has been calling them to serve in Missions to reach the nations.
Egide Bizima joined For His Glory in August of 2018 as the Africa Operations Manager. Egide played a key role in the success of For His Glory’s mission in Bukavu, D.R. Congo, in September, 2018. The ministry’s equipment for the mission was held up at multiple county boarders. Even though Egide was very new to the ministry, he successfully tackled each problem, getting our mission supplies to the festival grounds. This enabled the mission to Congo to go forward, blessing the people of Bukavu, where we saw 102,788 people come to Christ.
Since the beginning of 2006, the Lord has led For His Glory to share Christ with over 3 million people, over 500,000 people have received Jesus as their Savior and over 210,000 have been trained in the T4T disciple-making model with over 48,000+ baptisms in the last 3 years alone.
The Lord has used your prayers and support of For His Glory to make this possible—thank you!
