From July 19- August 1, For His Glory will lead a mission team of fifteen people to Musoma, Tanzania.
If you believe God is calling you to go with us, you will need to raise support:
Pastors and Church leaders in Musoma, Tanzania representing 60 churches have invited For His Glory to partner with them to bring in the harvest in Musoma. The last time Musoma had a citywide outreach was over ten years ago and the community is hurting and filled with needs that only the Gospel can provide.
We are planning five nights evangelistic festivals with music, testimonies, prayer for the needs of the people, a clear presentation of the Gospel, and a clear call to receive Christ. The local churches will follow up with those who make commitments to Christ as Savior and Lord.
The churches are united, fervently praying, well organized and full of faith. Their mission goals are: Share Christ with 100,000 people! See 50,000 people receive Jesus as their Savior! Plant at least 60 new churches!
Musoma is ripe for Harvest—NOW! The situation on the ground is desperate—Over half the adult population is infected with HIV/AIDS, most live on less than $1 per day. What is most tragic, less than 15,000 of the 300,000 people there know Jesus as their Savior!
Our challenge—By July 19, we need to raise $60,000! We need $40,000 by July 1 to avoid disrupting planning and cutting events which would dishearten the churches and result in reaching thousands fewer for Christ!
